We've only had a sandwich and some drinks. The price is a little bit higher than usual but not scandalous. Superb and friendly staff. You can expect much worse in the second restaurant on the right on the way down to the historical site. Check the reviews there. :)R

I had a very good experience. It’s close to the train station, server was very friendly and I got a strong cappuccino. The restaurant was full and it seamed that locals really like it.

I'm finding the other negative reviews quite outlandish. It seems most negative reviewers are unfamiliar with common prices in the Naples region, and this establishment is certainly not more expensive than comparable places. Although it is a small place, it is very convenient to grab a quick bit before boarding the bus to the Vesuvius, or to explore Herculaneum (or both), without necessarily having to sit down for a long time like at other establishments. The fresh orange juice is definitely recommended, which is made from homegrown oranges. Staff has been nothing but friendly in my experience. I would definitely recommend this place for the reasons I mentioned.

Was a little hesitant at first, given all the low reviews. Got a delicious cappuccino while waiting for the bus to Vesuvius. The staff were so nice and invited my whole family in to sit while we waited, even though I only ordered one Cappuccino. So nice to find a friendly place to eat. As far as prices, I would say no different than most other cafés. Will definitely come again.
